SchoolDeck is the school ERP built for BSEAP-affiliated schools across all 26 districts of Andhra Pradesh. Students are recorded once at admission — and the same record produces the CSE-AP portal upload, the Talliki Vandanam 75% attendance report, the SSC bilingual marksheet, the AP RTE 25% reimbursement packet and the Mid-Day Meal indent — without re-typing.
Andhra Pradesh school management software is a cloud-based ERP configured for the Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh (BSEAP) — handling SSC Class 10 results, the CSE-AP Student Info portal sync, the Talliki Vandanam 75% attendance scheme launched on 12 June 2025, AP RTE 25% admissions, Mid-Day Meal indent under PM POSHAN, Telugu parent communication and UPI fee collection on regional AP banks. SchoolDeck has been used by 500+ Indian schools since 2018.
Weekly attendance watch · Week 18
The BSEAP school year, end to end
A student is admitted on 12 June. Twelve months later the school has filed every BSEAP-mandated return, the Talliki Vandanam list, the SSC results and the Mid-Day Meal indent — without re-typing the child's name a single time.
Mother's Aadhaar, rice card number, mandal of residence, caste category and bank IFSC are captured at the admission counter. The CSE-AP Student Info portal will need every one of these fields. So will Talliki Vandanam. So will the RTE claim, if the child is one of the 25%. Captured once.
Headmistress opens Reports → Government Exports → CSE-AP Student Info. SchoolDeck produces an Excel mapped to the portal's current template. Upload at studentinfo.ap.gov.in, paste back the acknowledgement, log archived for the next DEO visit.
A weekly alert lands in the class teacher's app listing students whose cumulative attendance is sliding toward the 75% Talliki Vandanam threshold. The class teacher follows up while there is still time to recover — not after the December eligibility window has shut.
Class teachers mark plate counts during attendance. At month-end the PM POSHAN monthly progress return is generated for the MEO — rice and dal drawn from FCI reconciled against actual plates served, with class-wise breakup.
FA1, FA2, FA3, FA4 and SA1, SA2 entered by subject teachers on the mobile app. The Class 10 SSC final result rolls up from the same data into the BSEAP grade pattern. Bilingual Telugu/English progress card printed in one click.
The Talliki Vandanam eligibility list (class-wise, attendance percentage, mother's Aadhaar + IFSC) and the AP RTE 25% reimbursement claim packet (tuition fee notional × number of admitted RTE students) generate as PDF + Excel ready for the Block Education Officer.
UDISE+ submission generates from the captured demographics. Bilingual Telugu/English TCs issue with sequential TC numbers for outgoing Class 10s. The General Register is digitally archived for the year. No re-typing.
Why AP schools struggle with generic ERP
A generic school ERP can hold a student's name and a fee receipt. It cannot file your AP returns. That is the gap.
The Student Info portal at studentinfo.ap.gov.in changes its required columns every academic year. Schools using a CBSE-built ERP spend days re-shaping their export into the AP template — and still hit upload rejections. SchoolDeck ships AP-template-aware exports.
Talliki Vandanam ₹15,000 disqualifies a mother if her child slips below 75% attendance. By the time December's BEO list reveals it, the mother has lost the payment. SchoolDeck flags the slide every Monday — months before the cliff.
Most parents in semi-urban AP read Telugu first. A fee-due WhatsApp in English gets ignored; the same message in Telugu gets a response in twenty minutes. Most all-India ERPs send English templates only — and the school carries the resulting fee gap.
Private unaided schools owe the BEO an RTE 25% reimbursement claim every term. Mixing RTE student fees into the regular ledger breaks the claim and the audit. SchoolDeck routes RTE billing to a Government Receivables account from day one.
AP-specific regulatory anchors
Every reporting requirement that the Andhra Pradesh school education department actually checks for — with the exact GO, clause and date. Not vague compliance language.
Talliki Vandanam
₹15,000 annual DBT to the mother of every Class 1–12 child, conditional on 75% attendance. Launched by CM N. Chandrababu Naidu under the TDP-led coalition's Super Six promises. Replaced Jagananna Ammavodi.
AP RTE
25% reservation at Class 1 entry for children from disadvantaged groups in private unaided schools, with tuition fee reimbursement from the state. Read with AP RTE Rules 2010 and the annual notification by the School Education Department.
CSE-AP Student Info
School Information Management System under the Commissionerate of School Education, AP. Annual student data upload, Aadhaar-linked, with the LEAP umbrella app on the school side for attendance and entitlement tracking.
PM POSHAN
Centrally Sponsored PM POSHAN Scheme — daily plate count, monthly indent of foodgrains drawn from FCI, monthly progress return to the MEO. The AP edition pre-loads the state's plate-cost grant rates.
DPDP Act 2023
Verifiable parental consent required before processing personal data of a child below 18. SchoolDeck captures parent consent at admission with a timestamped audit trail — Aadhaar OTP or signed declaration accepted.
TRAI DLT
All commercial SMS and WhatsApp to parents flow through a DLT-registered Principal Entity. Templates are pre-registered in Telugu (and English where required) before they can be sent. No template, no message — the platform refuses to deliver.

"Our two-week CSE-AP upload in June used to need three staff. Last year, only my office assistant did it — one afternoon. The Talliki Vandanam weekly alert is the one I value most: I now catch attendance slides in August, not after the December list arrives with parents at my door."
Built around the AP school administrator's calendar
Each capability is mapped to a specific weekly or annual obligation. None of them generic.
Excel + CSV in the column structure that studentinfo.ap.gov.in requires for the current academic year. Aadhaar, rice card, caste, mandal, parent details — captured once at admission, exported in one click.
Weekly slide-toward-75% alerts to class teachers. December BEO eligibility list with mother's Aadhaar + IFSC. Year-on-year history for each child for grievance redressal.
FA1–FA4 + SA1–SA2 captured per BSEAP rhythm. Final SSC result rolls up in the current BSEAP grade pattern. Marksheet prints with subject names in Telugu and English on one page.
RTE student fees routed to a Government Receivables ledger from day one. Termly BEO reimbursement claim packet — student list + attendance proof + tuition fee notional — generated in one click.
Daily plate count during attendance roll-call. Monthly rice + dal indent against FCI allotment. Monthly progress return to the MEO with class-wise breakup of plates served.
UPI collect on Andhra Bank legacy customer codes (post-merger with Union Bank), Indian Bank, SBI and Yes Bank — RBI Payment Aggregator (PA-O) compliant. Receipts auto-generated in Telugu + English.
Working across the state
Andhra Pradesh was reorganised in April 2022 from 13 to 26 districts. SchoolDeck is configured for the current 26-district structure — including the new districts carved out of the original parents.
An Andhra Pradesh school correspondent is not running one workflow. They are running several at once: the BSEAP academic cycle for Class 10 SSC; the CSE-AP Student Info portal annual upload; the Talliki Vandanam attendance certification that decides whether the mother gets her ₹15,000; the AP RTE 25% reimbursement claim; the Mid-Day Meal monthly return; the UDISE+ national submission; and on top of all of that, daily fee collection, parent communication, and the day-to-day life of a school.
The previous government's Jagananna Ammavodi ran from January 2020 to 2024. On 12 June 2025, the TDP-led coalition under CM N. Chandrababu Naidu launched Talliki Vandanam — same ₹15,000 to the mother, same 75% attendance condition, different scheme name, different application portal, different Government Order (GO Ms. No. 29). A school running an ERP that still refers to "Ammavodi" in its reports is filing on the wrong format. SchoolDeck reports use the current Talliki Vandanam naming and GO.
SchoolDeck's design principle for the AP edition is simple: one record per child, captured at admission, every downstream report generated from that one record. Aadhaar collected once. Rice card collected once. Mandal collected once. Parent IFSC collected once. Caste category captured once. The same student record then produces the CSE-AP portal upload, the Talliki Vandanam list, the UDISE+ submission, the RTE claim, the SSC marksheet and the Mid-Day Meal indent — without re-typing.
The Student Info portal at studentinfo.ap.gov.in under the Commissionerate of School Education, AP (CSE-AP) is the canonical state-level student database. Schools log in with their DISE code and upload an Excel that conforms to the current academic year's column template. The template changes — sometimes mid-year. Schools running an ERP built for CBSE invariably end up doing the upload in three painful steps: extract the data, manually reshape into the AP template, fix the validation errors. Two staff. Two weeks. Every June.
SchoolDeck's AP edition keeps the portal template version-controlled inside the export. When CSE-AP updates the column order or adds a new mandatory field, the export updates. The headmistress opens Reports → Government Exports → CSE-AP Student Info, downloads the file, uploads it at studentinfo.ap.gov.in, and pastes the portal acknowledgement back into SchoolDeck for the DEO audit trail. The administrative time drops from two weeks to one afternoon.
Talliki Vandanam ties a child's school attendance directly to their mother's bank account. Below 75% in the academic year, no ₹15,000. The eligibility cut is calculated against the December provisional list — by which point, if a child has been irregular since August, it is too late to recover.
SchoolDeck's attendance engine runs a weekly check on every child's cumulative attendance. The moment a student's percentage is sliding toward 80% (with the threshold still at 75%), the class teacher gets an alert in the staff app, and the parent gets a polite Telugu WhatsApp from the school. The cliff is identified months in advance. The class teacher follows up. The mother does not lose her payment.
This is not a marketing claim — it is a deterministic rule: take the current cumulative attendance per student, project it forward at the current trajectory, flag everyone whose projection crosses 75% before March. The output is a list, sorted by class, with the student's current percentage and the absences that caused it. The school decides what to do with the list.
The BSEAP SSC examination at Class 10 uses an internal FA + SA structure: four Formative Assessments and two Summative Assessments through the year, with internal marks contributing to the final SSC result alongside the board-level paper. SchoolDeck's examinations module records FA1, FA2, FA3, FA4, SA1, SA2 in the exact weightage BSEAP currently mandates, and the SSC grade is computed against the current grade pattern.
The bilingual Transfer Certificate is legally mandated for AP schools. SchoolDeck issues TCs with sequential TC numbers, Telugu + English on the same page (correct Unicode rendering — no transliteration), and counter-signature logs that protect the school during DEO inspections.
This page owns the BSEAP buyer workflow specifically. The siblings own distinct workflows: the Telangana edition owns BSETS + TSBIE (Intermediate), the TS Online portal and the Bathukamma-Dasara holiday calendar. The Karnataka edition owns KSEAB SSLC + PU, Kannada UI and the SATS portal. The Tamil Nadu edition owns Samacheer Kalvi, EMIS-TN and the mid-day meal indent under the TN format. And the CBSE edition owns the national board's CCE report card, Sahodaya format and NEP 2020 Holistic Progress Card. Each cluster is configured for the actual paperwork the actual administrator actually files. They do not cannibalise each other.
