One school. Two boards'
worth of paperwork. SchoolDeck files the AP half.

An Andhra Pradesh school correspondent is not running one workflow. They are running several at once: the BSEAP academic cycle for Class 10 SSC; the CSE-AP Student Info portal annual upload; the Talliki Vandanam attendance certification that decides whether the mother gets her ₹15,000; the AP RTE 25% reimbursement claim; the Mid-Day Meal monthly return; the UDISE+ national submission; and on top of all of that, daily fee collection, parent communication, and the day-to-day life of a school.

The previous government's Jagananna Ammavodi ran from January 2020 to 2024. On 12 June 2025, the TDP-led coalition under CM N. Chandrababu Naidu launched Talliki Vandanam — same ₹15,000 to the mother, same 75% attendance condition, different scheme name, different application portal, different Government Order (GO Ms. No. 29). A school running an ERP that still refers to "Ammavodi" in its reports is filing on the wrong format. SchoolDeck reports use the current Talliki Vandanam naming and GO.

SchoolDeck's design principle for the AP edition is simple: one record per child, captured at admission, every downstream report generated from that one record. Aadhaar collected once. Rice card collected once. Mandal collected once. Parent IFSC collected once. Caste category captured once. The same student record then produces the CSE-AP portal upload, the Talliki Vandanam list, the UDISE+ submission, the RTE claim, the SSC marksheet and the Mid-Day Meal indent — without re-typing.

The Student Info portal at studentinfo.ap.gov.in under the Commissionerate of School Education, AP (CSE-AP) is the canonical state-level student database. Schools log in with their DISE code and upload an Excel that conforms to the current academic year's column template. The template changes — sometimes mid-year. Schools running an ERP built for CBSE invariably end up doing the upload in three painful steps: extract the data, manually reshape into the AP template, fix the validation errors. Two staff. Two weeks. Every June.

SchoolDeck's AP edition keeps the portal template version-controlled inside the export. When CSE-AP updates the column order or adds a new mandatory field, the export updates. The headmistress opens Reports → Government Exports → CSE-AP Student Info, downloads the file, uploads it at studentinfo.ap.gov.in, and pastes the portal acknowledgement back into SchoolDeck for the DEO audit trail. The administrative time drops from two weeks to one afternoon.

Talliki Vandanam ties a child's school attendance directly to their mother's bank account. Below 75% in the academic year, no ₹15,000. The eligibility cut is calculated against the December provisional list — by which point, if a child has been irregular since August, it is too late to recover.

SchoolDeck's attendance engine runs a weekly check on every child's cumulative attendance. The moment a student's percentage is sliding toward 80% (with the threshold still at 75%), the class teacher gets an alert in the staff app, and the parent gets a polite Telugu WhatsApp from the school. The cliff is identified months in advance. The class teacher follows up. The mother does not lose her payment.

This is not a marketing claim — it is a deterministic rule: take the current cumulative attendance per student, project it forward at the current trajectory, flag everyone whose projection crosses 75% before March. The output is a list, sorted by class, with the student's current percentage and the absences that caused it. The school decides what to do with the list.

The BSEAP SSC examination at Class 10 uses an internal FA + SA structure: four Formative Assessments and two Summative Assessments through the year, with internal marks contributing to the final SSC result alongside the board-level paper. SchoolDeck's examinations module records FA1, FA2, FA3, FA4, SA1, SA2 in the exact weightage BSEAP currently mandates, and the SSC grade is computed against the current grade pattern.

The bilingual Transfer Certificate is legally mandated for AP schools. SchoolDeck issues TCs with sequential TC numbers, Telugu + English on the same page (correct Unicode rendering — no transliteration), and counter-signature logs that protect the school during DEO inspections.

This page owns the BSEAP buyer workflow specifically. The siblings own distinct workflows: the Telangana edition owns BSETS + TSBIE (Intermediate), the TS Online portal and the Bathukamma-Dasara holiday calendar. The Karnataka edition owns KSEAB SSLC + PU, Kannada UI and the SATS portal. The Tamil Nadu edition owns Samacheer Kalvi, EMIS-TN and the mid-day meal indent under the TN format. And the CBSE edition owns the national board's CCE report card, Sahodaya format and NEP 2020 Holistic Progress Card. Each cluster is configured for the actual paperwork the actual administrator actually files. They do not cannibalise each other.
