Can EstateDeck collect rent and maintenance charges via UPI?

Yes. EstateDeck supports UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking for both rent and maintenance charge collection. It auto-generates digital receipts, tracks payment status per unit, sends WhatsApp and SMS reminders to defaulters, and exports the data to Tally for your auditor.

How does EstateDeck handle housing societies and RWAs?

EstateDeck provides a full RWA suite: maintenance charge invoicing and UPI collection, digital visitor entry at the gate, security guard patrol monitoring via QR checkpoints, amenity booking for clubhouses and pools, committee governance and notices, IoT utility billing, and a resident mobile app for complaints, payments and circulars. It supports complex hierarchies with multiple towers, blocks and floors in one dashboard.

Does EstateDeck support ANPR and facial recognition?

Yes. EstateDeck includes ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) for vehicle entry — registered resident vehicles pass through without stopping, unregistered vehicles are flagged to security in real time. Contactless facial recognition is supported at main gates and lift lobbies using existing CCTV cameras, with photo logs stored against each visitor record.

Is EstateDeck suitable for individual landlords with just a few units?

Yes. EstateDeck uses per-unit pricing with no large upfront fee, so it works for a landlord with two flats as well as a 1,200-flat society. The same modules — rent collection, lease renewals, tenant records, maintenance tickets — are available to small landlords without a separate plan or feature gate.

Does EstateDeck work for commercial properties?

Yes. EstateDeck's commercial property module covers office buildings, retail spaces and mixed-use towers. It supports lease management, CAM (Common Area Maintenance) billing, GST-compliant invoicing per tenant, vendor management and per-unit utility tracking. It aligns with GST Act 2017 invoicing rules for commercial rent above ₹20 lakh annual turnover.

How is resident and tenant data secured in EstateDeck?

EstateDeck is built to align with the DPDP Act 2023 (Digital Personal Data Protection Act) for resident and tenant data. Mobile numbers are masked in shared visitor logs, communications use TRAI DLT-registered SMS templates, role-based access controls restrict staff visibility to data they need, and audit logs track every record change.

Can EstateDeck manage multiple towers and blocks in one society?

Yes. EstateDeck supports nested property hierarchies — a society can have multiple towers, each tower can have multiple blocks and wings, and each block can have separate billing slabs, visitor logs and maintenance queues. The management committee sees one consolidated dashboard while each tower in-charge sees only their own.

How is EstateDeck priced and how long is setup?

EstateDeck is priced per managed unit per month, billed monthly. There is no large upfront fee, no per-module charge for the core suite, and no long-term lock-in.
