SchoolDeck Solutions State Board Software Madhya Pradesh Board

Madhya Pradesh School Management Software · MPBSE + RSK ERP

Two boards. Two Samagra IDs. One school. One platform.

SchoolDeck is the school ERP built for Madhya Pradesh — across all 55 districts. Capture each child once at admission — and the same record produces the Shiksha Portal export, the Hindi Transfer Certificate in 60 seconds, the digital Dakhil Kharij entry, the MPBSE Class 10 + 12 result, the RSK Class 5 + 8 result, the MP Scholarship Portal submission and the MMVY eligibility flag.

Definition

Madhya Pradesh Board school management software is a cloud-based ERP configured for the two distinct examination authorities that govern MP schools: the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) at mpbse.nic.in conducting Class 10 (High School Certificate) and Class 12 (Higher Secondary Certificate), and the Rajya Shiksha Kendra (RSK) at rskmp.in conducting Class 5 and Class 8 board exams. It handles Samagra Family ID (household) + Samagra Member ID (individual) capture and validation; the Shiksha Portal sync at educationportal.mp.gov.in; bilingual Hindi + English Transfer Certificate in 60 seconds; the digital Dakhil Kharij Admission-and-Withdrawal register; MMVY (Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana) flagging; Ladli Laxmi Yojana tracking; RTE Madhya Pradesh 25% ledger; and SC/ST/OBC Pre-Matric and Post-Matric scholarship exports. SchoolDeck has been used by 500+ Indian schools since 2018.

A duplicate Hindi TC, end to end

A 2019 MPBSE student walks in. A signed Hindi TC walks out — in 55 seconds.

Six years ago Rohit Yadav passed MPBSE Class 12. Today he needs a duplicate Transfer Certificate for a Madhya Pradesh State Public Service Commission application. Here is what happens — beat by beat — in the school office in Rewa.

  1. 1

    10:46:00 · Counter

Rohit hands his 2019 MPBSE Higher Secondary marksheet across the counter. The clerk reads the old admission number on the back — ADM/2014/0193.

  2. 2

10:46:11 · Search the Dakhil Kharij

The clerk types "0193" into the digital Dakhil Kharij register. One result. Rohit Yadav, admitted 18/06/2014 in Class 6, MPBSE Class 12 (Maths-Bio) pass June 2019, withdrawn 30/06/2019, OBC community, Hindi medium, Samagra Family ID + Member ID linked. Full record loads.

  3. 3

    10:46:32 · Pick format · Generate TC

The clerk picks the bilingual Hindi + English layout. Click Generate. Next sequential TC number auto-assigned. Every mandatory field — birth date, religion, community, mother tongue, parent name, last class, conduct, MPBSE Class 12 stream and result — populates from the Dakhil Kharij. Marked Duplicate Issue with the 2019 original TC number referenced.

  4. 4

    10:46:43 · Bilingual preview

Hindi + English render on one page. Parent names, religion, community (OBC), medium (Hindi) print in correct Devanagari Unicode in the left column, English in the right. The conjunct in "विद्यार्थी" renders correctly. The BRC-accepted format is preserved.

  5. 5

    10:46:55 · Print + sign + log

Print on letterhead. Principal signs. Rohit leaves with the attested TC. The audit log records the duplicate issuance against the 2019 original TC number, the requesting party (Rohit in person, Aadhaar verified), the date and the staff ID. The log survives the next BRC inspection.

  6. Before SchoolDeck

The clerk would have asked Rohit to come back next week. Then climbed to the records room, hunted for the 2018–19 Dakhil Kharij register, dusted it, transcribed every field by hand into a paper TC, typed the Hindi portion in a legacy Kruti Dev font that broke conjuncts on PDF, got the Principal to sign once everything looked acceptable. A week-long job. Today: 55 seconds.

Why MP schools struggle with all-India ERP

Four problems no CBSE-built ERP handles for MPBSE schools

A generic ERP can store a name and print a receipt. It cannot model two exam bodies, render Devanagari properly, validate Samagra IDs, or know what a Dakhil Kharij is. That is the gap.

🏛️

Two exam bodies, not one

MPBSE at mpbse.nic.in handles Class 10 + 12. Rajya Shiksha Kendra at rskmp.in handles Class 5 + 8 (22.85 lakh students in 2025). Most ERPs lump them together and force the school to file results twice. SchoolDeck models them as separate exam authorities in one institution login.

🆔

Samagra Family ID + Samagra Member ID

Every MP resident has both — an 8-digit Family ID and a 9-digit Member ID. Scholarships are disbursed against Member ID. Generic ERPs treat them as one optional field; SchoolDeck validates format and uniqueness at admission entry. A wrong Member ID at admission is a rejected MMVY application five years later.

📜

Devanagari Unicode that breaks on print

Kruti Dev, DV-TT and other legacy Hindi fonts render fine on screen but break conjuncts and matras on PDF and print. A bilingual TC printed with broken Hindi gets rejected by the receiving school or the BRC. SchoolDeck renders Devanagari Unicode natively.

📋

The Dakhil Kharij that BRCs actually inspect

Dakhil Kharij is Madhya Pradesh's mandatory admission-and-withdrawal register — the document the Block Resource Coordinator opens first on an inspection visit. Generic ERPs have no concept of it. SchoolDeck creates the Dakhil entry on admission, the Kharij entry on TC generation, and prints in the BRC-accepted format.

Madhya Pradesh-specific regulatory anchors

Configured for every MP School Education Department touchpoint

Every reporting requirement the MP School Education Department actually checks for, with the specific portal, board or rule — no vague compliance language.

MPBSE

mpbse.nic.in

The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education — established 1965 in Bhopal under the MP Madhyamik Shiksha Adhiniyam. Conducts Class 10 (High School Certificate) and Class 12 (Higher Secondary Certificate) board examinations. SchoolDeck applies the current MPBSE grade pattern with internal, practical and theory mark roll-up.

Rajya Shiksha Kendra (RSK)

rskmp.in

Conducts the Class 5 and Class 8 annual board examinations across MP — 22.85 lakh students in the 2025 cycle. Separate from MPBSE. SchoolDeck tracks RSK registration, the main exam result and the re-examination cycle for non-passing students.

Samagra Social Security Mission

samagra.gov.in

Madhya Pradesh's flagship citizen-services database — every resident has an 8-digit Samagra Family ID and a 9-digit Samagra Member ID. All MP welfare disbursements key off these IDs. SchoolDeck validates both at admission entry.

Shiksha Portal · MP Education

educationportal.mp.gov.in

The MP School Education Department's master portal — student demographics, attendance, academic records keyed to Samagra Member ID. SchoolDeck exports map to the current per-cycle Excel template.

MMVY · Ladli Laxmi

medhavikalyan.mp.gov.in

MMVY (Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana) — 70% MPBSE / 85% CBSE-ICSE in Class 12 + family income under ₹6 lakh + admission via JEE Main / NEET / CLAT. Ladli Laxmi Yojana — girl-child welfare with school-continuation conditions. SchoolDeck flags eligibility against admission data.

RTE + DPDP + TRAI

RTE Act 2009 §12(1)(c)

25% reservation at Class 1 entry in private unaided schools with reimbursement from the state — read with Madhya Pradesh RTE Rules 2011. DPDP Act 2023 §9 verifiable parental consent for under-18s. TRAI TCCCPR 2018 DLT-registered Hindi templates only.

"Our school runs from Class 1 to Class 12. Until last year the Class 5 and Class 8 RSK results were a separate file from the Class 10 and Class 12 MPBSE results, and the Samagra Member IDs for the Shiksha Portal were a third workbook. With SchoolDeck the same admission entry produces every one of those — and the duplicate Hindi TCs my old students keep coming back for now take a minute instead of a week."

The MP administrator's problem

Madhya Pradesh has two exam boards. Most ERPs pretend there's one.

An MP school that runs from Class 1 to Class 12 is not working with one examination authority. It is working with two. MPBSE at mpbse.nic.in — established in 1965 under the MP Madhyamik Shiksha Adhiniyam and headquartered in Bhopal — conducts the Class 10 (High School Certificate) and Class 12 (Higher Secondary Certificate) board examinations. Rajya Shiksha Kendra (RSK) at rskmp.in, the state's apex educational planning body, conducts the Class 5 and Class 8 annual examinations that have been re-introduced as board exams in recent years. In the 2025 cycle alone, 22.85 lakh students sat the RSK Class 5 and Class 8 exams.

Most all-India ERPs lump everything under "MP Board" and force the school to maintain two parallel result systems anyway — a wasted clerk, duplicate registration data, and inevitable mismatches between the two. SchoolDeck models them as separate exam authorities sharing one student record. The same admission entry feeds the MPBSE Class 10 + 12 result generation and the RSK Class 5 + 8 result tracking, with the re-examination cycle handled per RSK rules.

Layered above both is the Samagra Social Security Mission at samagra.gov.in — Madhya Pradesh's unified citizen database, where every resident has an 8-digit Samagra Family ID and a 9-digit Samagra Member ID. The Member ID is the join key for every state-funded benefit a student is entitled to: MP Scholarship Portal, MMVY, Ladli Laxmi, RTE reimbursement, Mid-Day Meal beneficiary roll. A wrong digit captured at admission is a rejected benefit five years later. SchoolDeck's Student Information System validates both Samagra IDs at admission entry and keeps them as the authoritative join key for every downstream export.

Dakhil Kharij — the register the BRC actually opens

The Dakhil Kharij is Madhya Pradesh's mandatory Admission (Dakhil) and Withdrawal (Kharij) register. It is the single document a Block Resource Coordinator (BRC) or District Project Coordinator (DPC) opens first during a school inspection — every admission since the school was founded must be a Dakhil row, every Transfer Certificate issued must be the matching Kharij row, and the totals must reconcile with the school's Shiksha Portal entries.

A paper Dakhil Kharij is a liability. Two decades of admissions in a physical register, often handwritten in fading ink, vulnerable to monsoon damage, with the search-for-Rohit-from-2014 problem the artifact section above describes. SchoolDeck makes the Dakhil entry automatically when a student is admitted, and creates the Kharij entry the moment a Transfer Certificate is generated. The register prints in the format the BRC inspects, with daily encrypted cloud backup and an audit log that survives every inspection.

MMVY — flagging the right students for the right scholarship

The Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana (MMVY) — launched in 2017 — is Madhya Pradesh's flagship merit-based higher-education scholarship. The current eligibility is precise: 70% in MPBSE Class 12 or 85% in CBSE/ICSE Class 12, permanent MP residence, family annual income under ₹6 lakh, and admission to a recognised undergraduate course via JEE Main (rank under 1.5 lakh) for engineering, NEET for MBBS/BDS, or CLAT for law. The scheme covers the full tuition fee for the eligible course. Over 1.5 lakh students have benefited since launch, with over ₹500 crore disbursed.

The school's role is to certify enrolment and academic record honestly. SchoolDeck flags students who cross the MPBSE 70% or CBSE/ICSE 85% Class 12 threshold the moment results are entered, and the school can hand the student a pre-populated application packet for the MMVY portal at medhavikalyan.mp.gov.in. SchoolDeck does not decide eligibility; that decision belongs to the MP government.

MP Board ≠ Uttar Pradesh Board ≠ Rajasthan Board ≠ Bihar Board ≠ CBSE

This page owns the MPBSE + RSK + Samagra workflow specifically. The siblings own distinct workflows: the Uttar Pradesh edition owns UPMSP High School + Intermediate at pariksha.up.nic.in with Hindi UI. The Rajasthan edition owns RBSE Class 10 + 12 and the ShalaDarpan portal. The Bihar edition owns BSEB Matric + Intermediate with Medhasoft and OFSS. And the CBSE edition owns the national CCE report card, A1–E2 bands and NEP 2020 HPC. Each edition is configured for the paperwork that administrator actually files. They do not cannibalise each other.

We deliberately don't

  • Decide who is eligible for MMVY or any scholarship. MMVY eligibility (70% MPBSE / 85% CBSE-ICSE + ₹6 lakh income + JEE/NEET/CLAT admission) is decided by the MP government on its criteria. SchoolDeck certifies enrolment and academic record only — the decision belongs to the MMVY portal.
  • Pretend MPBSE conducts Class 5 and Class 8 exams. Those are RSK exams at rskmp.in. Some ERPs lump them under "MP Board" generically and produce result formats that don't match either body. The platform refuses to mislabel.
  • Auto-mark attendance from face recognition or biometric matching on minors. Under POCSO Act 2012 and DPDP Act 2023 §9, automated face-recognition on minor-related identities is the wrong default. Attendance is marked by the class teacher on the mobile app. Biometric is supported only for staff.
  • Send WhatsApp without DLT. Under TRAI TCCCPR 2018 every parent broadcast must trace to a pre-registered Principal Entity template. The platform refuses to send an off-template Hindi or English message.

MP school managers ask

Frequently asked questions

Is SchoolDeck built for the Madhya Pradesh State Board specifically? +
Yes. SchoolDeck has a Madhya Pradesh State Board edition built around the two distinct exam bodies — MPBSE (Class 10 High School and Class 12 Higher Secondary) and Rajya Shiksha Kendra (RSK, Class 5 and Class 8) — in one institution. Samagra Family ID and Member ID sync, Shiksha Portal export at educationportal.mp.gov.in, digital Dakhil Kharij register, Hindi Transfer Certificate, MP Scholarship Portal export, MMVY flagging, Ladli Laxmi tracking and the RTE Madhya Pradesh 25% ledger are all native.
Does MPBSE conduct Class 5 and Class 8 board exams in MP? +
No — and this is a common misconception that breaks generic ERPs. MPBSE (mpbse.nic.in) conducts only Class 10 (High School Certificate) and Class 12 (Higher Secondary Certificate). The Class 5 and Class 8 board examinations are conducted by the Rajya Shiksha Kendra (RSK) at rskmp.in under the MP School Education Department — separate exam authority, separate result portal, separate timetable. SchoolDeck handles both bodies in one institution login: MPBSE results for Class 10 and 12, RSK results for Class 5 and 8.
How does the Samagra ID + Shiksha Portal sync work? +
Every Madhya Pradesh resident has two Samagra IDs issued by the Samagra Social Security Mission — an 8-digit Samagra Family ID for the household and a 9-digit Samagra Member ID for the individual. Scholarships, MMVY, Ladli Laxmi and other state benefits are disbursed against the Samagra Member ID. SchoolDeck captures both IDs at admission with format validation, and exports CSV/Excel files mapped to the Shiksha Portal (educationportal.mp.gov.in) column structure for the multi-cycle annual upload. The Samagra Member ID is the primary join key in every downstream scholarship export.
How quickly can SchoolDeck generate a Hindi Transfer Certificate? +
Under 60 seconds. Search the digital Dakhil Kharij by name or Samagra Member ID, pick Hindi or bilingual Hindi + English format, click Generate. The next sequential TC number is auto-assigned, the Kharij entry is created against the original Dakhil entry, the document renders in the BRC-accepted format with correct Devanagari Unicode, and the audit log records the issuance with staff ID, timestamp and Aadhaar verification of the requesting party.
Does SchoolDeck digitise the Dakhil Kharij register? +
Yes. Dakhil Kharij is Madhya Pradesh's official Admission (Dakhil) and Withdrawal (Kharij) register that every school must maintain. The Block Resource Coordinator and District Project Coordinator inspect it during school visits. In SchoolDeck, the admission entry creates the Dakhil row automatically; the Transfer Certificate generation creates the Kharij row. The digital register is searchable by name / class / admission number / date range, always reconciled with the Shiksha Portal entries, and printable in the inspection-ready format with daily encrypted cloud backup against physical loss.
Does SchoolDeck flag students eligible for MMVY (Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana)? +
Yes. After MPBSE Class 12 results, SchoolDeck flags students who meet the current MMVY eligibility — 70%+ in MPBSE Class 12 or 85%+ in CBSE/ICSE Class 12, family annual income below ₹6 lakh, permanent MP residence, and admission via JEE Main (rank under 1.5 lakh) for engineering, NEET for MBBS/BDS, or CLAT for law. The school can hand the student a pre-populated application packet for the MMVY portal at medhavikalyan.mp.gov.in. The school certifies enrolment and academic record; the eligibility decision belongs to the MP government.
Does SchoolDeck track Ladli Laxmi Yojana for girl students? +
Yes. Ladli Laxmi Yojana — the MP government's flagship girl-child welfare scheme — is tracked at the school for enrolled girl students. SchoolDeck captures the Ladli Laxmi certificate number at admission, monitors continued school enrolment (a benefit-continuation condition), and flags eligible girls at the Class 6, 9, 11 and 12 academic milestones for the corresponding instalment claims.
Does the parent app speak Hindi? +
Yes. Parents see the SchoolDeck app interface in Hindi by default once the school sets the institution language. Fee due reminders, attendance alerts, PTM invites and exam timetables go out as DLT-registered WhatsApp and SMS messages in Hindi under TRAI TCCCPR 2018. Staff type Devanagari directly using the in-app keyboard — no transliteration workaround.
How does the RTE Madhya Pradesh 25% admission work in SchoolDeck? +
RTE Class 1 students under the 25% reservation in private unaided schools are admitted into a separate fee ledger routed to a Government Receivables account from day one. The termly Block Education Officer reimbursement claim packet — student list with Samagra IDs, attendance proof and tuition fee notional — is generated under RTE Act 2009 Section 12(1)(c) read with Madhya Pradesh RTE Rules 2011.
How is the page different from the SchoolDeck Uttar Pradesh or Rajasthan edition? +
UP schools work with UPMSP (High School + Intermediate) and pariksha.up.nic.in in Hindi UI. Rajasthan schools work with RBSE Class 10 + 12 and the ShalaDarpan portal in Hindi UI. Bihar schools work with BSEB (Matric + Intermediate), OFSS and Medhasoft. SchoolDeck has separate editions for each — the MP edition described here is purpose-built around the MPBSE + RSK two-body structure, Samagra Family/Member ID architecture, Dakhil Kharij register and the MMVY scholarship flagging.
