The short answer
Both are credible — the question is fit
EstateDeck and NoBrokerHood are both India-built platforms that handle the core of society
life: the visitor gate, UPI maintenance collection, accounting and billing, complaints and
resident communication. NoBrokerHood is an established platform from the NoBroker group,
well known for its visitor-and-gate management and its society accounting modules, and built
for everything from small complexes to large townships. EstateDeck is a purpose-built
property platform with transparent per-unit pricing in rupees, native ANPR and face
recognition, and scope that reaches beyond societies to individual landlords and commercial
property. Neither is universally "better" — the right choice depends on your size, your
top priorities and the pricing model you prefer. The honest recommendation: shortlist both,
run each on your own unit list, and pick the one your committee finds simpler to live with.
