Pick a solution
in three steps

Most buyers land at one solution and add a second within their first quarter.

  1. Identify your role

Landlord, RWA committee, commercial property manager, multi-branch PMC, or real estate agency. Each role has a different starting solution.

  2. Match it to a category

Property owners go to "By Property Type". Function-specific buyers go to "By Business Workflow". Brokers and developers go to "For Real Estate Agencies".

  3. Open the solution page

Every card opens its own deep page — workflow, screenshots, modules in use, pricing notes, free demo button. Combine multiple solutions under one account.

★★★★★

"Joshi Real Estate runs three things in parallel — eleven residential buildings, two retail strips, and a handful of serviced apartments. Before EstateDeck we ran three different tools and nothing reconciled at year-end. Now Residential, Commercial and Short-Term Rentals are three solution paths under one account, sharing one ledger. The annual audit takes a week, not a month."

Questions about EstateDeck solutions

For brand questions see /estatedeck/. For module-level questions see /features/.

What's the difference between EstateDeck Features and Solutions?

EstateDeck Features lists the 20+ individual modules — Billing, Visitor Management, ANPR, Accounting, etc. EstateDeck Solutions groups those modules into outcome-specific workflows by property type (residential, commercial, RWA) or business function (tenant management, accounting, CRM). Most buyers start at Solutions to find their workflow, then drill into the Features that power it.

Which EstateDeck solution is right for my property type?

Individual landlords and RWAs use Residential Property Management. Office and retail managers use Commercial Property Management. Serviced apartments use Short-Term Rental Management. Multi-property investors use REIT and Investment Portfolio. Property management companies running several sites use Multi-Branch Property Management. Real estate brokers use Real Estate CRM and Lead Management.

Can I use multiple EstateDeck solutions together?

Yes. A single EstateDeck account can run multiple solutions side by side. A property management company might use Residential Management for one site, Commercial Management for another, and Real Estate CRM for the sales pipeline. All solutions share the same unit, tenant and accounting data.

Does EstateDeck have separate pricing for different solutions?

No. EstateDeck uses one pricing model — per managed unit per month, with optional per-module add-ons. Solutions are presentations of bundled modules, not separate plans. A residential setup and a commercial setup with the same unit count and module list cost the same.

Which solution should a small landlord with 5 units start with?

Start with Residential Property Management plus Tenant and Lease Management. Switch on UPI Billing, Tenant Records and Move-In / Move-Out as the first three modules. Add Maintenance Helpdesk and the Resident App later once tenants are using it. You can be fully live in under a week.

What's the difference between residential and commercial solutions?

Residential covers individual rental, housing societies and gated communities — focused on UPI rent collection, visitor management and RWA governance. Commercial covers office buildings, retail and mixed-use — focused on CAM billing, GST-compliant invoicing per tenant, lock-in and escalation clauses, and vendor AMC tracking for facilities like HVAC and lifts.

Does EstateDeck offer a solution for real estate agencies?

Yes. The agency-side solutions cover lead capture (Real Estate CRM), marketing automation, tour scheduling and field agent mobile tools. These are separate from the property operations solutions and are aimed at brokers and developers selling or renting out units, not managing them after occupation.

How is REIT & Investment different from regular Property Management?

Regular Property Management focuses on day-to-day operations — collecting rent, handling tickets, gate security. REIT and Investment Portfolio adds aggregated views — occupancy across the portfolio, rental yields per asset, asset performance comparisons, and investor-ready financial reports. It sits on top of the operations data, not instead of it.

Can I migrate from a competitor to a specific EstateDeck solution?

Yes. EstateDeck onboarding migrates data from spreadsheets, MyGate, NoBrokerHood, ApnaComplex, Society123, Cleartouch and similar tools using CSV templates. Most migrations are completed within the 7-day setup window at no extra cost, regardless of which solution path you start with.

Are the agency solutions (Listings, Marketing) for property managers too?

Property managers can use them to publish vacancy listings to external portals like 99acres or MagicBricks, but EstateDeck does not become a listing portal itself. The intent of the agency solutions is to support brokers and developers running active sales or rental campaigns, not to replace listing marketplaces.
