How many features does EstateDeck have?

EstateDeck currently ships 20+ modules grouped into six categories: Rent and Finance, Gate Security and Access, Units and Leases, Maintenance and Operations, Governance and Documents, and Resident Experience. The full list with a one-line description of each is indexed on this page.

Are all modules in the base subscription, or is pricing per module?

EstateDeck is priced per managed unit per month, and you switch on only the modules you need. There is no feature gating across plans — a small landlord and a 1,200-flat society have access to the same module catalogue. You pay for what you activate.

Which modules do landlords use versus RWA committees?

Individual landlords mainly use Billing (UPI rent), Tenant Records, Move-In / Move-Out, and Notices. RWA committees additionally use Visitor Management, ANPR, Guard Patrol, Vendor AMC, Society Accounting, Committee Governance, Digital Elections, and Document Vault. Commercial managers add GST Invoicing and IoT Utilities.

Can modules be added later as my society grows?

Yes. You can start with two or three core modules — for example Billing and Visitor Management — and add more later from the same dashboard. No re-implementation, no separate setup. New modules read the same unit and resident data already in EstateDeck.

Which EstateDeck modules use AI or IoT?

ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) and Face Recognition for domestic staff use computer-vision AI. IoT Smart Meters connect to water and electricity sensors for per-unit utility billing. These modules are marked with AI or IoT badges in the directory above.

What's the difference between Visitor Management and ANPR?

Visitor Management handles people entering the property — guests, delivery, domestic staff — with photo, ID and pre-approval. ANPR handles vehicles — registered resident cars pass without stopping, unregistered vehicles are flagged. Most societies use both modules together at the main gate.

Do residents need to download a mobile app?

Residents can either use the EstateDeck Android and iOS app or pay directly via WhatsApp UPI links — whichever they prefer. The committee and staff use the web dashboard. There is no forced app install for residents who only want to pay their maintenance.

Which modules export data to Tally?

Society Accounting, Billing, Vendor AMC, and GST Invoicing all export Tally-compatible XML files. The Audit Trail module additionally generates a full ledger trail your chartered accountant can match against bank statements during the annual audit.

Are there modules for commercial property managers?

Yes. GST Invoicing, CAM (Common Area Maintenance) billing inside the Accounting module, and IoT Utilities are heavily used by office building and retail space managers. The Tenant module supports commercial-lease-specific fields like lock-in period and rent escalation clauses.
