    The estate manager opens the dashboard: Night Shift B scanned all 16 checkpoints across two rounds, with one late scan at 03:14 flagged and explained. Guard attendance for the shift is on record — the gate was staffed all night, and it can be shown.

    School cabs roll out through ANPR

    Registered cab plates are read at Gate 2; the barrier lifts without anyone stopping. A delivery van with an unknown plate is held and flagged to the guard for manual verification.

    Weekend guests pre-approved at the gate

    A resident pre-approves family from the app. On arrival the guard matches the approval, captures a photo, and the visitor's Aadhaar is stored masked as XXXX-XXXX-4421 — consent recorded under DPDP Act 2023 §6, no photocopy in a drawer.

    Eleven amenity slots are booked for the afternoon — party hall, pool, two tennis courts. Double-bookings are blocked at the point of booking, and fees are handled with each slot. No paper register, no arguments at the door.

    An SOS from Tower 4 reaches everyone at once

    A resident taps SOS. The guard tablet, the duty supervisor and the resident's emergency contacts are alerted together with the unit number and live location — faster than phoning anyone, and routed to the nearest gate.

    The day closes on one dashboard

    The estate manager reviews it all in one view: 1,240 gate entries, every patrol round scanned, attendance for 38 staff, 11 amenity bookings, and the month's UPI collection ticking up. One campus, one record — not seven towers' worth of registers.

A licensed security agency, on file

Any private security agency must hold a valid licence under the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act 2005, with guard verification and training under the PSARA Model Rules 2006. EstateDeck records the agency's licence so an expiry is visible to the committee, not discovered during an incident.

DPDP Act 2023

Visitor data on a lawful footing

Phasing in from 13 November 2025, the DPDP Act treats resident, visitor and biometric records as personal data. EstateDeck captures §6 notice-and-consent at the gate and masks any shared Aadhaar to the last four digits per the UIDAI circular — no drawer of photocopied IDs.

IT Act 2000 §65B

Patrol logs that stand up

Patrol scans, entry logs and attendance are electronic records, admissible under IT Act 2000 §65B. If an incident is ever reviewed, the campus has a timestamped, guard-ID-tagged trail rather than a paper register filled in after the fact.

Yes. Pricing is per unit, so a 200-unit community and a 2,000-unit township get the same modules and pay for what they have. Larger campuses simply run more of the stack — multiple ANPR gates, several amenity blocks, full rosters and patrol routes.
