CampusAlly · Fundraising & Donations
Move giving beyond bank transfers. CampusAlly lets your advancement office launch cause-based campaigns, accept one-time and recurring gifts, recognise donors, and send 80G receipts automatically — with every gift tied back to the alumni who gave it.
University fundraising software is a platform for a college's advancement office to run donation campaigns and accept gifts online. CampusAlly handles cause-based campaigns, one-time and recurring giving, donor recognition, and automatic 80G and FCRA receipts — and ties every gift back to the donor's alumni record, instead of leaving it in a disconnected payment link.
From a cause to a receipt in the donor's inbox — five steps, fully tracked.
A page for a specific cause with a goal and a live progress bar that builds momentum.
One-time and recurring gifts through established gateways, with international giving for alumni abroad.
A successful payment triggers an 80G or FCRA-compliant receipt by email — no manual paperwork.
Donor walls, batch leaderboards, and recognition tiers that make alumni want to give again.
Sync each gift to the alumni record, pass settlements to Finance, and long-term gifts to Endowment.
From a ₹500 monthly gift to a flagship capital campaign.
Raise for a new library wing, a relief fund, or a scholarship drive separately, each with its own page, goal, and live progress.
Let alumni set up a small monthly donation that quietly adds up — the most reliable source of advancement income.
Graduates in the US, UK, or the Gulf give in their local currency through global gateways, with INR-equivalent receipts.
Run Giving Tuesday or Founder's Day with a live ticker and real-time totals built for high-traffic moments.
A digital donor wall, batch-vs-batch leaderboards, and recognition tiers turn giving into a friendly rivalry.
80G and FCRA-compliant receipts go out the moment a gift clears, freeing your accounts team from the paperwork.
Less friction for donors, less manual work for you, and giving that connects to everything else.
A clean, mobile-friendly giving flow means more alumni finish the donation they started.
Receipts send themselves, so your accounts team isn't generating PDFs by hand at year-end.
Every gift lands on the donor's alumni profile, so you always know who gave, to what, and when.
A flat subscription, not a percentage — what your alumni give, your college keeps.

This page is about raising the money — campaigns, giving channels, recognition, and receipts. Once a gift becomes a long-term managed fund that generates returns for scholarships, the Endowment & Scholarship solution takes over the stewardship. Fundraising brings the gift in; the endowment solution looks after it for the years that follow.
Yes. Alumni abroad can give in their local currency through established international payment gateways, and the receipt records the equivalent in INR. This lets graduates in the US, UK, or the Gulf give as easily as alumni in India.
When a payment succeeds, CampusAlly generates a receipt carrying your 80G and 12A details and emails it to the donor right away. Gifts can be tagged as domestic or foreign in source so foreign contributions are recorded the way FCRA reporting needs.
Yes. You can set up specific causes — a sports complex, a library fund, a girls' scholarship — and let donors give to one of them or to the general fund. Each gift is tracked against the cause it was given for.
Yes. Alumni can set up monthly recurring donations, and the platform is built for high-traffic moments like Giving Tuesday or your Founder's Day, with a live ticker showing progress toward the goal.
Payments are processed by established gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, and PayU, which handle card details on their own secure systems — CampusAlly never stores card numbers. Your campaign and donor data sits on India-hosted, access-controlled servers, aligned with the DPDP Act, and is never sold.
No. CampusAlly charges a flat subscription fee and does not take a percentage of what you raise. The only per-transaction cost is the standard fee charged directly by your payment gateway.
Each gift is synced to the donor's record in the Alumni module, so giving history sits inside the full relationship view. Settlement figures are handed to the Finance module, which owns the ledger and reconciliation — fundraising raises and records, Finance keeps the books.
