The maths is simple and transparent. Fill rate — the occupancy of the batch — is enrolled students divided by total seats, expressed as a percentage. Empty seats is seats minus enrolled. Current revenue is enrolled students times the fee. Full-batch revenue is seats times the fee, and the empty-seat opportunity is the gap between the two: empty seats times the fee.
