Quick, no-login tools for the daily numbers a coaching centre runs on — test-series rank and percentile, fee instalment plans, receivable-aging, batch occupancy and negative-marking scores. They run entirely in your browser; nothing you type is stored.
Coaching toolkit
Tests, fees, dues and batches — the everyday numbers a coaching office and front desk actually run.
Enter a student's marks and the cohort that sat your mock test to get their rank and percentile within your test series. A within-cohort view — not a national-exam rank prediction.
Open calculatorSet the scheme — +4/-1 or your own — and enter correct, wrong and unattempted counts to get the net score. Matches JEE, NEET and SSC-style patterns you choose.
Open calculatorSplit a course fee into monthly or term instalments with an optional registration amount, and get a clean schedule to share with parents at admission.
Open calculatorBucket outstanding fees into current, 30, 60 and 90+ day bands to see which dues are recent and which are long overdue — so reminders go where they matter most.
Open calculatorEnter seats, enrolled students and fee per student to see batch fill rate, empty-seat opportunity and the revenue a full batch would bring — useful when planning new batches.
Open calculatorThese calculators give indicative figures for planning only and are not academic, financial or tax advice. The rank tool reports standing within your own test series and does not predict any national exam rank or score. Marking schemes and exam patterns are set by the conducting bodies and change — confirm the current pattern before relying on a result. Fee tools are for the centre's own planning; TutorDesk never withholds teaching or results over unpaid fees.
From calculator to live centre
A calculator answers one question at a time. TutorDesk runs the same test-series ranking, fee instalments, receivable-aging and batch tracking on your live centre data — so mock-test ranks publish per batch, parents get UPI links and WhatsApp receipts, and outstanding dues sort themselves into aging bands. Fees are collected through an RBI-authorised payment gateway that settles to your own account; TutorDesk records and reconciles but does not hold your money.

About these tools
Yes. Every calculator on this page is free, needs no login, and runs entirely in your browser. You can use them whether or not your centre runs TutorDesk.
No. It computes a student's rank and percentile within your own test series — the cohort that sat that mock test — using the marks you enter. It does not predict, estimate or guarantee a national JEE, NEET or other exam rank. Actual exam ranks are decided by the conducting body from the real exam.
You set the marking scheme — for example +4 for a correct answer and -1 for a wrong one, with the question count — and enter the number correct, wrong and unattempted. The tool returns the net score for that scheme, matching common patterns like JEE, NEET (+4/-1) or SSC. You choose the scheme, so it fits the exam you coach for.
It buckets outstanding fees into current, 30, 60 and 90+ day bands so you can see which dues are recent and which are long overdue. It is a planning view to prioritise reminders. TutorDesk never withholds teaching or results from a student over unpaid fees; collection is an administrative matter between the centre and the parent.
No. The tools are standalone. If you do run TutorDesk, the same test-series ranking, fee instalments, receivable-aging and batch tracking are built into the product and run on your live centre data instead of manual entry.
The calculators are a taste. TutorDesk keeps test-series ranks, fee instalments, receivable-aging and batches live, all year.
