What is PrepWise?
PrepWise is a preparation system for serious exams: give it your exam date, your real weekly hours and your syllabus position, and it builds a daily plan that says what to study, what to revise and when to test. Timed practice feeds analysis back into the plan; flashcard decks keep the memory layer alive in minutes a day; and spaced revision cycles make sure month-one chapters survive to the exam. It is built for JEE, NEET, UPSC and board-year students who have teaching around them but no system underneath them.
The commitment is honesty over motivation: the plan is only as good as the hours you truly give it, so PrepWise recomputes when you slip instead of pretending, and tells you plainly when a syllabus no longer fits a date. It schedules and measures; it does not teach, and it promises inputs, never ranks. The methods it runs are public in the guides, and the planning arithmetic is free in the calculators.
What it does
Study planner
Exam date and real hours in; a daily schedule out, recomputed every time life interferes.
Practice tests
Timed chapter checks, mixed drills and full mocks, negative-marking-aware, with analysis that changes the plan.
Flashcards
Spaced-repetition decks for the formulas, reactions and facts your exam expects you to simply know.
Revision system
Every finished chapter cycles back at spaced intervals, weak ones sooner. Exam season starts already revised.
How it works
-
1
Tell it the truth
Exam date, real weekly hours, current syllabus position. The plan is only as honest as these three inputs.
-
2
Follow the day
Each morning shows its work: the new topic, the revision due, the cards waiting, the test if one is scheduled.
-
3
Test and be corrected
Timed practice feeds analysis; weak chapters earn more time in the recomputed plan automatically.
-
4
Arrive already revised
By exam season the syllabus has been cycling for months, and the final weeks belong to mocks, not rescue.
Where PrepWise ends, by design
PrepWise plans and measures preparation; it does not generate printable question papers, that is PaperDeck, and the two pair naturally. Coaching centres managing batches, fees and parents should look at TutorDesk. And for descriptive work like UPSC mains answers, human evaluation is irreplaceable; PrepWise schedules it rather than simulating it.
Frequently asked questions
Which exams does PrepWise support?
JEE, NEET and UPSC preparation are the deepest-built shapes, and board-year students use the same engine with their school calendar. Exam patterns change, so official notifications remain your source of truth for specifics.
Is this coaching or teaching?
Neither. Teaching stays with your school, coaching and books; PrepWise is the system around them: planning, testing, retention and revision, where most self-study quietly fails.
What happens when I fall behind?
The plan recomputes: it compresses what can compress and tells you plainly what no longer fits. A clear-eyed replan in October beats a comforting fiction in February.
Can it promise a rank or selection?
No, and distrust anything that does. It promises your hours get planned, your practice gets analysed and your revision actually happens; outcomes are yours.
Does it work alongside coaching schedules?
It is designed for exactly that: the weekly-hours input is whatever self-study time truly remains, and the plan schedules only that.
